Who owns the website?
Once it's finished and live it's your website. You can move it, change it, do whatever you want with it. When we set up your hosting account and domain name it is done in your name giving you complete ownership and control.
Is the website custom made for me or is it just a template site?
Every website we create is custom designed for you and your business. A website is showing your business to the world, it should be uniquely your style and personality.
Can I add pages later?
Absolutely. Start with a strong foundation, then expand as you grow.
What happens after 12 months?
Hosting and domain renew annually. The hosting company will remind you before anything renews.
What domain do I get?
A standard .com.au domain name of your choice is included. The cost of the first 12 months is included in the Business Website Package (subject to availability and eligibility).
How do I pay for the website?
Once you have confirmed that you want to proceed we will send you an invoice for 50% of the total cost. The remainder is paid when you are happy with the website and it goes live.
Are there ongoing costs?
The only ongoing costs are annual website hosting and domain renewal fees. At the time of writing hosting is $11 per month and a domain name is $22.95 per year.
Ongoing website maintenance
We offer ongoing website maintenance, updates and additions either as an annual maintenance agreement or by the hour as needed.
The Fine Print: Package includes a 5-page standard business website. Extra pages and advanced functionality are quoted separately. Domain subject to availability and eligibility.
